Joshua Pribe receives the Ben M. Hillberry Graduate Scholarship in the School of Mechanical Engineering.

The Ben M. Hillberry Graduate Scholarship is sponsored by the friends of Prof. Ben Hillberry in honor of his years of dedication to the School of Mechanical Engineering and the College of Engineering at Purdue University. This scholarship is for students pursuing research in the area of biomechanics or materials. Ben Hillberry was a faculty member in the School and until his retirement, he conducted research in biomechanics (e.g. https://www.purdue.edu/uns/html4ever/2005/050720.Hillberry.spine.html) and fracture mechanics (https://statistical-engineering.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/12/Annis_ASTM_STP-1450_ID11557.pdf).
