Quentin Roach is currently Chief Procurement Officer for Estee Lauder Companies in New York City where he is leading company transformation initiatives; business continuity, risk management & go-to-market strategies; and leadership of external partnership excellence. Previously, holding senior executive leadership roles in healthcare, pharmaceutical, consumer product, medical device, academia, luxury goods & prestige beauty and automotive industries with General Motors Corporation, Delphi Corporation, Strong Health/The University of Rochester, Bausch & Lomb, Bristol Myers Squibb, Merck & Co., Inc. and Mondel"z International. He has served as a catalyst for positive transformation, innovation and growth in Sale & Marketing, Business Development, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Global Real Estate, External Manufacturing Operations, Sourcing & Procurement, Engineering and Workplace & Enterprise Services.
 
He currently serves the corporate board of directors for US Foods, Inc.; Armada Sunset Holdings; Baldwin Richardson Foods Company; TemperPack Technologies Inc.; and is Chairman of the Board for the NBCA Hall of Fame Foundation.

Quentin holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management of Technology from Arizona State University, a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and has completed executive development studies at Columbia University, Thunderbird University and Trinity College – Dublin.
