After founding and running one of the world's largest and most successful digital agencies for 18 years, Geoff now works with start-ups and enterprises as a board member, advisor, and investor. He was a founder of pioneering digital agency Roundarch, which became Isobar US in 2012. He has spent 25+ years helping organizations such as the US Air Force, HBO, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, JP Morgan Chase, Baxter Healthcare and Adidas create transformational digital platforms and experiences. 

As CEO of Isobar, Geoff led Isobar (600 people in US and 6,500 globally, as part of the global leadership team) in tackling the largest, most complex problems in the digital space. Isobar was named a “Leader” each year, during Geoff’s last four years, in Gartner's Global Digital Agency Magic Quadrant with the highest score for Strategic Vision in 2018.  Under Geoff’s leadership, Isobar was named a “Leader” by Forrester Research in their Digital Experience Service Provider Wave and as a top 10 Ten Innovation Agency. Geoff led efforts to pioneer in the emerging field of Virtual/Augmented Reality which was recognized by Fast Company, which named Isobar as a Top Ten VR/AR Companies in their Most Innovative Companies Issue 2018 and by the Cannes Lion 2018 Awards with a Grand Prix - Best Digital Craft for our VR work with Billy Corgan.

Geoff serves on the board and as an advisor for a number of companies including as the Chairman of the Board for Source Elements.  Source Elements is the gold standard for connecting creative people from around the world to collaborate in real-time over the Internet, on the recording, production, approval, and delivery of professional quality media for the film, television, and music industry.  As Chairman of the Board, Geoff works closely with the leadership team to guide the strategy and tremendous growth as Source Elements became critical to entertainment production during 2020 and as remote recording/production takes on an expanding level of importance moving forward.  Source Elements’ transformational importance has been recognized by Fast Company in their 2021 World Changing Ideas Awards.

In 2018, Geoff was inducted into the Purdue University Cooperative Education Hall of Fame in recognition of, "Demonstrated unparalleled excellence in his field.”  Geoff did a record six Co-op sessions with Hughes Space & Communications, the world’s largest satellite manufacturing and communications company. He served on an advisory committee for Purdue University’s Rethink IE initiative and worked closely with the Head of Industrial Engineering to form a strategic partnership with Unity Software in order to incorporate machine learning, 3D modeling, human-robotic interaction, VR/AR and simulation into the curriculum and initiate collaborative research.

Geoff also has a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University.  While at Purdue he was a member of the Industrial Engineering Honors School, Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honor Society, Alpha Pi Mu Industrial Engineering Honor Society and Golden Key Honor Society.
