Ruby was nominated and selected along with 38 other area women in STEM careers for her career accomplishments, track record of success in the field, contributions to her community, and her mentorship of others. She is President and CEO of Ruby+Associates Structural Engineers.
Her nomination included information about her leadership transition with the company, the firm's strategic planning process, her focus on diversity, her enrichment of the firm's corporate culture, and the company's increasing level of technical excellence.
