3 IE grad students receive summer research grants

Three Purdue IE PhD students received Purdue Research Foundation (PRF) Summer Research Grants.

The students and their research are:

  • Nsikak Udo-Imeh (Landry Lab) - "Dimensions of Pilot Experience and their Impact on the Outcome of Adverse Weather Encounters"
  • Puwadol Dusadeerungsikul (Nof/PRISM Center) - "Collaborative Control of Monitoring and Diagnostics by an Agricultural Robotic System"
  • Ruixin Wang (Honnappa/Stochastic Systems Lab) - “Co-optimization of the Electric Power System through Stochastic Dual Dynamic Programming”; and may begin new research topic on "Pathwise Stochastic Dynamic Programming"

The Purdue Research Foundation (PRF) Research Grants are one-year awards distributed through the Office of the Executive Vice President for Research and Partnerships to assist faculty by providing support for a half-time Graduate Research Assistant for effort devoted to the development of new research projects or the continuation of ongoing research projects.
