IE 431 Senior Design Capstone Project students learn about real-world business projects and help companies by providing practical recommendations for improvements. 

This semester, Capstone Project teams presented 36 posters on a wide variety of projects. About 180 students presented their finished research project posters at an April 23, 2019, exhibition with about 225 attendees, and four winning teams were announced. Students presented the final project posters to industry partners, IE faculty and grad students at the poster exhibition. Three teams won and a Peer Choice Award was also given.

Three entities received "Partners of the Year" awards for working with Purdue IE students: FCA, Endress+Hauser, and Purdue Dining and Catering.
