The Purdue Institute of Industrial Engineers (IIE) launched the annual “Beautify Grissom” painting competition in 2013. IE students paint pictures of what industrial engineering means to them, which are judged by undergraduate IE students and the Industrial Engineering Advisory Council (IEAC) board. Winning paintings are hung in Grissom Hall for decoration and to inform people of the vital role that industrial engineers play in industry today.

The 2016 winners will be announced in late April.
