Dr. Joi Mondisa will discuss her research and innovative opportunities in industrial engineering and engineering education at the University of Michigan. Juniors, seniors, and master's graduate students interested in learning more about graduate education and future PhD opportunities at the University of MI are encouraged to attend.

Dr. Mondisa will discuss her research and innovative opportunities in industrial engineering and engineering education at the University of Michigan. Juniors, seniors, and master's graduate students interested in learning more about graduate education and future PhD opportunities at the University of MI are encouraged to attend. In her research, she examines mentoring approaches, relationships, and intervention programs and designing and assessing learning experiences and outcomes.

Mondisa is an Assistant Professor of Industrial  & Operations Engineering at the University of MI, and a Purdue IE alumna. She earned a BS in General Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, an MBA at Governors State University, and an MSIE and a PhD in Industrial Engineering at Purdue University.
