Join us for the Master’s thesis defense of Prasad Shivaji Darveshi, a graduate student in Computer & Information Technology (CIT). Prasad will present his thesis titled:

“Towards Automated Peak Estimation for ABR and federated learning for Auditory Brainstem Responses.

This work develops and evaluates deep learning and federated learning methods for automated ABR peak detection and timing estimation in chinchilla ABR data. By combining a lightweight 1D-CNN with a federated learning framework, the thesis explores how multi-site, privacy-preserving collaboration can improve ABR analysis while avoiding centralization of sensitive research data.

We invite everyone to attend and support Prasad as he shares his research and celebrates this important milestone in his academic journey.
