Andrew joined Heinz Lab in 2020 and has contributed greatly to advancing our understanding of auditory processing. His hard work and innovative approach have been key to driving the lab’s progress forward.

It was a great day with an entirely in-person thesis committee, including Co-Chairs Michael Heinz and Hari Bharadwaj (University of Pittsburgh), Ed Bartlett, Rick Nelson (Indiana University School of Medicine), and Andrew Oxenham (University of Minnesota).
This spring, Andrew will return to Indiana University School of Medicine to complete the final two years of his M.D. program.
We are incredibly proud of his achievements and look forward to seeing the remarkable contributions he will make to hearing science and medicine in the future!
