Join the Lab
We are always looking for highly motivated and focused students (undergrad and grad [MS, AuD, and PhD]) and post-docs to join the lab. Please contact Mike Heinz directly to discuss your interests and background (attach CV, and describe your interests in our lab). For students who are already on campus, filling out this unofficial information form will help me learn more about your background and research goals.
PhD students can join the Heinz Lab by applying through the Weldon School of Biomedical Engineering, the Department of Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences, or through the Integrative Neuroscience track of the PULSe program. Once at Purdue, NIH T32 funding is available for US citizens and other training-grant eligible student through the Interdisciplinary Training Program in Auditory Neuroscience (TPAN).
