The Heinz Lab is excited to highlight a significant milestone by Prasad Shivaji Darveshi, who successfully defended his Master’s thesis in Computer & Information Technology, contributing impactful approaches for automated ABR analysis.
Prasad defended his thesis titled “Towards Automated Peak Estimation for ABR and Federated Learning for Auditory Brainstem Responses” which develops and evaluates deep learning and federated learning approaches to automate ABR peak detection and timing estimation in chinchilla auditory physiology data.
We are extremely proud of Prasad’s accomplishments and grateful for his valuable contributions to the lab and to ongoing auditory physiology research. We wish him continued success in his future academic and professional endeavors!
