Our seminar this week will be an open conversation and discussion focused on the ENE graduate program. As suggested by various members of the community, we will discuss:

* Where are ENE's graduate students coming from? Why are you here, what do you hope to learn, how have your ideas about this evolved? (suggested by Robin Adams and Euridice Oware)

* Where to ENE's graduate students want to go? How does one's background and where one is coming from impact what one wants to do after graduating? Where are the possibilities for where one can go? What does the ENE community need in terms of professionals, , and how can we best find or make opportunities? (suggested by Euridice Oware and the ENE Academic Advisory Board) * How can ENE - advisors, committee members, peers - help graduate students get where they have the potential to go? (suggested by Euridice Oware) Snacks will be provided by Odesma Dalrymple.
