CE grad student Deepak Benny received honorable mention for best student paper at the 65th international meeting of the Transportation Research Forum conference, held April 4-5 in Arlington, VA. His paper, An Optimization Model for maximizing Federal grants for State DOTs, is co-authored by Saeel Pai and Professor Samuel Labi.
