SJCA P.C., formerly Stephen J. Christian & Associates, P.C., was founded in 1998 and has been continuously engaged in the private practice of Civil Engineering. During that time, SJCA has earned a reputation for design and management of projects that are of high quality and delivered on time. What started as primarily a bridge and roadway consulting firm, has grown to be a full-service Civil Engineering and Land Surveying firm.
