The Christopher B. and Susan S. Burke Graduate Program in Civil Engineering has approximately 400 active students. It has been consistently ranked in the top 10 of U.S. News and World Reports and is currently ranked 7th.

- Residential Students
- West Lafayette students can get a specialization in one of nine technical concentration areas: Architectural, Construction, Environmental, Geomatics, Geotechnical, Hydraulics and Hydrology, Materials, Structural, Transportation and Infrastructure Systems, as well as a Professional Masters Concentration.
- Indianapolis students can earn a MSCE with Construction Engineering and Business (CENG) Concentration or Smart Cities and Urban Informatics (SCUI) Concentration.
- Interdisciplinary programs in Computational Interdisciplinary Graduate Program (CIGP) and Ecological Sciences and Engineering (ESE) are also available for on-campus students.
- Online students have the opportunity to select coursework from three interdisciplinary tracks: Sustainable Water; Infrastructure, Resiliency and Sustainability; or Smart Mobility.
