Professor Blatchley begins term as President of International Ultraviolet Association

Professor Ernest R. Blatchley III recently started a 2-year term as President of the International Ultraviolet Association (IUVA).

Professor Ernest R. Blatchley III recently started a 2-year term as President of the International Ultraviolet Association (IUVA).

The mission of IUVA is to provide a forum for discussion of scientific and technological issues pertaining applications of ultraviolet radiation through advocacy to the education, industry, research and public policy sectors globally. UV-based processes play critical roles in treatment of water, air, and surfaces; UV-based technologies are also critical in many industrial and analytical applications.
