CCE alumna Jennifer Hyman (BSCE 2010, MSCE 2011), Director of Environmental and Design Studies at Civiltech Engineering, has been named to the 2026 cohort of Purdue Engineering's 38 by 38 award.

The Purdue Engineering 38 by 38 award draws its inspiration from Purdue Engineering alumnus Neil Armstrong, who was 38 when he made history as the first person to set foot on the moon. The annual award honors 38 exceptional Purdue Engineering graduates who, at 38 years of age or younger, have already demonstrated rapid professional growth, outstanding achievements and meaningful impact. These individuals are trailblazers in their respective domains, driving positive impact with every giant leap they take.
