Geoff Dauksas named ENR Midwest Top Young Professional

CE alum Geoff Dauksas, P.E., S.E, LEED AP (BSCE '03, MSCE '05) has been named to the 2020 class of ENR Midwest Top Young Professionals, one of 20 rising design and construction stars to be honored by the publication for their contributions to the industry and their communities.

CE alum Geoff Dauksas, P.E., S.E, LEED AP (BSCE '03, MSCE '05) has been named to the 2020 class of ENR Midwest Top Young Professionals, one of 20 rising design and construction stars to be honored by the publication for their contributions to the industry and their communities.

A Senior Associate at Thornton Tomasetti, Geoff manages the design and coordination of large and complex structures. He is currently serving as project manager for the five-building Obama Presidential Center on Chicago’s South Side.

During his career, he has played a key role in a number of high-profile projects at higher education institutions across the Midwest, including Northwestern University, Ohio State University and the University of Chicago. For nearly 15 years, Geoff has been active in the ACE Mentor Program. He began as a mentor and now sits on the Chicago chapter’s executive board and serves as its secretary.

Geoff will be profiled in ENR Midwest’s January issue and will advance to the national competition.
