Description:

In order to mitigate the risk of health care personnel and other patients visiting hospitals from the 2019-nCoV, or bacteria, our team proposes to deploy autonomous cleaning robots to disinfecting Hospitals, Schools and Dorms. New technologies will be developed and test as part of the Robot.

To be effective in addressing medical emergencies such as global pandemics (like the recent COVID-19 pandemic), our goal is to develop cleaning robots for use on campus and hospitals. This platform will integrate new technologies including air and surface disinfection, contamination detection and collecting data in real-time for intelligent decisions (big data analysis and AI).

The team will work with faculty and researchers from multiple universities.
