Description:
This research team focuses on the synthesis, characterization, and application of novel layered nanomaterials, particularly MXenes. Working with the LMSL, the team will explore optimization of materials properties for energy storage, electronic devices, and high temperature performance. Students will gain hands-on experience with nanomaterial synthesis and analysis techniques through a project that aims to address key challenges in material stability and scalability in an automated lab environment to push the boundaries of the next generation of nanomaterial and nanotechnology.
