Kaushik is originally from Chennai, India, and completed his Bachelor's in Aeronautics and Astronautics Engineering at Purdue University in 2024. He is currently pursuing his Master's in Aeronautics and Astronautics, with an expected graduation in 2025. His research interests include astrodynamics, dynamical systems theory, and solar sailing trajectory design. In his free time, Kaushik enjoys cooking, playing tennis, and drawing.
