Dr. Allen Garner and researchers Amanda M. Loveless, Adam M. Darr & Haoxuan Wang, recently published a chapter in the book, Pulsed Discharge Plasmas- Characteristics and Applications.

The School of Nuclear Engineering recently hosted its inaugural Atoms at Work Summer Camp, a for-credit fun-sized course for rising high-school seniors interested in nuclear energy.

Adam Dix, a Purdue University Nuclear Engineering graduate student, won first place in the 2023 Innovations in Nuclear Energy Research and Development Student Competition with his journal publication, "A Novel Friction Factor Model for Wire-Wrapped Rod Bundles."

The School of Nuclear Engineering participated in two graduation ceremonies held Friday, May 12th and Sunday May 14th.

The 2023 ANS Annual Meeting Opening Plenary titled,"Failure is not an Option," will include Purdue University President Emeritus and Former Indiana Governor, Mitch Daniels, and Maria Korsnick, President and CEO of Nuclear Energy Institute and Purdue University School of Nuclear Engineering Advisory Board Member.
