Milo E. Riverso is the chief executive officer and president of STV Group, Inc., one of the nation’s leading, award-winning planning, design and construction management firms. Milo has more than 30 years of experience in the fields of program management, construction and design management.

Milo earned his Master of Science in Civil Engineering and Ph.D. from Purdue University, after receiving a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Manhattan College. His studies at Purdue focused on construction engineering and management within the School of Civil Engineering.

Upon graduation, Milo began his career in construction overseeing a wide range of assignments that included office buildings and health care and transportation facilities. In 1997, he moved from the private to the public sector, joining the New York City School Construction Authority, eventually becoming its president and chief executive officer. There, he supervised some 900 employees who were responsible for the planning, design and construction of capital improvements and new construction of the city's 1,199 public schools which serve more than one million students. During his tenure with the agency, they designed and built new schools and additions in record time.

Milo joined STV Group, Inc. in 2005 as senior vice president. With his guidance, STV's construction management practice tripled in size and expanded its range of services, resulting in larger and more complex projects being awarded to the firm. Milo was named president of STV in 2009 and became a member of the board in 2011. Later that same year, he was named chief executive officer. Under his leadership, STV has continued to grow, having recently completed the acquisition of a Denver-based energy services firm.

Milo is a registered professional engineer in six states and is an active member in the design and construction industry. He recently received Manhattan College's De La Salle Medal and will be receiving the Subcontractors Trade Association’s Michael Mazzucca Lifetime Achievement Award in May of this year.
