Overview
Meridian Design Build is a privately held, Chicago-based, full-service construction general contracting firm with extensive experience coordinating the design and renovation/construction of warehouse, manufacturing/food processing, commercial, institutional, office, and hospitality facilities across the continental US.
With a team of experienced in-house professional project managers, we offer a wide range of construction planning and management services, from design coordination, scheduling, and budget development through to project completion and facility turnover. Our key personnel have worked together as a team for over 20 years and have completed more than 375 facilities together.
We have significant experience completing new construction, building additions, facility renovations, and interior improvements, and have handled projects ranging in size from $150,000 to in excess of $35,000,000.
We do not self-perform work in the field, an advantage that allows us to pass along the benefit of a true competitive bid to our clients across each and every trade. Our onsite field superintendents are among the most experienced in the business with most having worked in the construction industry in excess of 25 years.
We are committed to understanding our client???s needs and objectives and working diligently to ensure that their interests are protected with respect to cost control, schedule, and quality control every step along the way. Our clients value our technical expertise, our problem solving abilities, and our attention to their needs.
