Our current research links the areas of human factors engineering, biobehavioral sensing, and technology design, with applications in enhancing human performance across domains such as healthcare, manufacturing, and transportation. On-going research thrusts include:
1. Neuroadaptive systems for supporting human machine interaction
2. Interventions for enhancing user physical performance
3. Physiological and machine learning for modeling user real-time cognitive states
4. Biobehavioral sensing for automated non-technical team skills assessments
5. Computer vision, and artificial intelligence techniques for physical ergonomics
6. Big data analytics for understanding human health behaviors
