Chizaram Ugboh receives a Critical Professions Fellowship of the American Association of of University Women

Glynn Gallaway received a Student Support Grant to attend ICTAM2024, the 26th International Congress of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics.

Chizaram Ugboh receives a National Science Graduate Fellowship

Glynn Gallaway received the 2023 Dr. Anil Bajaj Outstanding Service Scholarship, School of Mechanical Engineering, Purdue University. This award recognizes mechanical engineering graduate students who provide outstanding service to the mechanical engineering graduate
student community.

Chizaram Ugbo, UMBC - BSME 2023, was awarded a Winkelman Fellowship from the School of Mechanical Engineering and will join the lab in Fall 2023.

Ayishe Jin, Purdue-WL BSME 2023, will join the lab as graduate research assistant in Fall 2023.

Tanner Ballance was awarded an Estus H. and Vashti L. Magoon Award for Excellence in Teaching for his teaching assistant and instructor efforts in ME 489 Introduction to Finite Element Analysis and ME 559 Micromechanics of Materials.
