Corpus Key

CorpusKey is an AI-assisted course material creation tool that instructors can use to create textbooks, lesson plans, readings, and PowerPoints. Users can input learning objectives and key points of what the academic materials will contain and the integrated learning language model (LLM) will generate content in PDF or .pptx formats.

Harini

Harini Sethu is currently a sophomore at Purdue University pursuing a double major in in User Experience Design and Web Programming & Design. She has always had an interest in technology, and started exploring different coding languages in hopes of eventually pursuing a career in computer science. After working on front end web design, however, Harini discovered her passion for graphic design. This led her to ultimately choose UX Design as her major, because it provided a perfect balance of both of her interests. Harini hopes to go into UX engineering, where she can use her talents in both design and development to create seamless user experiences.

David Levine is a sophomore at Purdue University pursuing a bachelor’s degree in UX Design and a minor in psychology. He has always been fascinated with the evolution of technology and the many ways it can be used, and he wants to help everyone experience the digital world seamlessly. Maheshwari Das, a first-year MS CGT (UX Specialization) student at Purdue University from Karnataka, India, serves as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at EPICS and VIP, mentoring students in human-centric design. “Vaishnavi Kuppa is a UX Design student at Purdue University, with minors in Anthropology, Communications, and Professional Writing. From a young age, Vaishnavi has nurtured an interest in English and other humanities, which has molded her into an empathetic, curious, and an articulate UX Designer. In a given UX project, Vaishnavi particularly enjoys listening to people’s stories and collecting fruitful qualitative user data to express design decisions. Therefore, she hopes to specialize in UX Research roles in the long run.

Vaishnavi pursues her passion for writing as an undergraduate writing consultant at the Purdue On-Campus Writing Lab. She utilizes these tutoring insights at her content design role with the Purdue Online Writing Lab (OWL) website to inform design decisions on the website’s usability & navigation. Additionally, Vaishnavi provides design consultations for science gateways as an UX consultant with the Design, Visualization, & Cognition (DVC) research lab.

Will

Will Ma is a graduate pursuing a major in Computer Graphics Technology with a focus on the UX track. Will is a creative based in Indiana, born and raised in Taiwan. As a UX designer, Will views UX design as a creative problem-solving process that consistently prioritizes user goals and needs. He has synthesized his design process through practice and learning. This process follows a divergent-convergent pattern for both problem definition and crafting design artifacts, to make sure problems are identified across an entire system and solutions are holistic. Our team’s objective was to create high-fidelity Figma prototypes with interactions and sample information in place for the home screen, projects screen, products FastFacts and InnoTest. We will be exploring the potential use of AI integration with Ipsos.Digital's business model and products. Our goal is to design a more user-friendly and efficient platform that will improve the user experience of Ipsos Digital's clients.

Eswarya Kotha is a first-year Master’s student in the Department of Computer Graphics Technology at Purdue University, specializing in User Experience Design. Having completed her undergraduate studies in Electronics and Communications Engineering, she brings with her two years of corporate experience as a Global Business Analyst in Bangalore, India. Her passion for Human Computer Interaction was sparked when she began exploring ways to create more user-friendly and enjoyable interfaces, especially while helping the elderly navigate devices.     Big Money Labs

    Our primary focus for this project is creating an improved fantasy sports app by conducting research, workshops and interviews to gain design directions. We did this with the goal of increasing user engagement and retention.

    With 3 years of hands-on experience in the field of UX design, she has had the privilege of working with diverse teams and clients across various industries. Her focus area is conducting in-depth user research to gain insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points, which inform design decisions.     Kayak

    Our goal for this project is to create new features that implement group travel for Kayak’s website. Our task for this project is to understand the challenges and preferences of users when planning group travel. We looked into group travel planning within friend groups and developed a solution/recommendation that would make the experience more seamless.

    AJ McGinley is a Junior at Purdue University studying User Experience Design. Coming from Florida, she discovered her passion for UX when she took an intro class in design theory in technology. She found out that UX was precisely what she had been looking for in her field of learning ever since high school.       Business Donations

      The Business Donations team, in collaboration with DonateEquity, aims to simplify the business equity donation process for nonprofits leaders through the means of a project management style web application experience. The project focuses on creating a holistic onboarding flow within the web application catering to multiple stakeholders such as the donor, the non-profit leader, a consultant, attorney, etc. The team completed qualitative research regarding this complex donation process and designed the experience to match different knowledge levels of multiple users.

      Adelyn Wang is a freshman at Purdue University, pursuing a degree in User Experience Design and a minor in Psychology. Growing up, Addie knew she wanted to help others through her occupation, and she explored everything from physical therapy to teaching before deciding on UX. Her goal is to eventually work with nonprofits to expand their reach through technology. She has experience in the nonprofit sector, as she recently completed an internship with Northern Lakes Economic Alliance and is starting another at Crooked Tree Arts Center.       This project is about creating a platform for Fordlabs employees to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, etc. Fordlabs had previously used Kudoboard to virtually celebrate events, but had found that it was too expensive and contained features that were not used in Fordlabs.       Key Lime Interactive

      This semester, we partnered with Key Lime Interactive to improve the MyCityBus experience for Purdue students. The current experience leaves users dissatisfied with the app and requires a heavy dependence on it to use the service. We aimed to improve the app's user flow and decrease user reliance on the app, making it more intuitive for students. Our final solutions include revisions to the current app UI as well as a new version that completely changes the CityBus app flow.

        Mina Mayerczak is a Freshman at Purdue University pursuing a bachelor’s degree in User Experience Design and a minor in Psychology. Our main goal is assessing and addressing previously discovered user pains that limit purchases of P&G beauty products, including scrolling fatigue and cognitive overload. Doing so, we hope to optimize the awareness, location, and purchase of Procter & Gamble beauty products, specifically on Amazon Mobile.
