Nick W

Nicholas Wong is a Junior at Purdue University, majoring in User Experience Design. Combining a well-organized approach with strong technical and written skills, Nicholas is highly committed and thorough in detail-oriented projects, and enjoys balancing his time between independent and team related ventures. Rhea

Rhea Manocha is an undergraduate studying UX Design at Purdue University. Her skill set is predominantly in user research, user interface design, and prototyping. Rhea has experience working with cross-disciplinary teams to design for primarily web products. While working at a cybersecurity startup, she helped build the application flow and initial UI patterns, prototype the web UI using Sketch and InVision, and create the visual design for their minimum viable product. Currently, she is interning at Purdue OIRAE. She is focused on conducting user research to improve Tableau dashboards that track and compare Purdue student performance.

Amelia

Amelia Lim is currently a junior in Human Centered Design and Development minoring in Psychology at Purdue University, West Lafayette. She is interested in the UI design field and is experienced with multiple Adobe applications. She has previous UIUX working experiences, which include working independently for Purdue Polytechnic Office of Engagement to achieve the goal of improving their engagement portal’s Graphical User Interface (GUI). Joseph

Joseph Hoggatt is a student in Purdue Polytechnic’s Human Centered Design and Development program. He assisted in designing a scouting app for his high school’s FIRST robotics team. In his spare time, he occasionally takes on Graphic design work from friends and family, and works with new design tools to search for better ways of conveying what he can see in his mind. Delaney

Delaney Rundell is a sophomore at Purdue University pursuing a degree in User Experience Design with a minor in Psychology. She is passionate about user research and strives to become a user researcher. She is especially strong at usability testing, user interviews, and developing high-level takeaways from findings. After interning as a product researcher, she has developed an interest in web and mobile accessibility and conducting accessibility testing. AJ Vetter is a student at Purdue University studying UX Design while pursuing a certificate in Entrepreneurship & Innovation. Microsoft

The goal of this project is to come up with design recommendations for a system that can provide learners real-time feedback into their learning progression and pathways not only inside courses, but also more generally within any digital environment. The product should be independent of any learning environment and must be a stand-alone product that can function on multiple platforms and modalities.

Abby

Abby Perez is a Junior at Purdue University pursuing a degree in User Experience Design with a minor in Psychology and a Certificate for Entrepreneurship and Leadership. She’s been working as a User Experience Designer for Hewlett Packard Enterprise for almost a year, founder and president of the Purdue User Experience Design organization, and an Executive Officer for the Dean’s Student Leaders. Yuqing

Yuqing Wu is a Junior at Purdue University pursuing a degree in User Experience Design with minors in Psychology and Art & Design. This summer, she worked as a UX researcher and designer for Meitu, helping to design an inner picture system, and doing user research for a social media. Last semester, her team worked with ESRI, designing a web application to introduce Geographic Information System. She is also the secretary for the Purdue User Experience Design organization. Jai

Jai Tudor is a student of the Polytechnic Institute at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. Within the Institute, Jai majors in User Experience Design. Although she is just beginning, she has lucrative user experience design experience that is both portfolio, and resume worthy. Soon she’ll be taking the world by storm. Drake

Drake is a sophomore at Purdue University Honors College, majoring in user experience design. He is an Adobe Certified Associate in Illustrator, which supports his experience in creating high-fidelity mock-ups. His specialization, however, is with flat, modern-style designs. Upon completion of his degree, Drake aspires to be a UX, UI, or visual designer. Drake has completed an internship at Siemens Healthineers, user research for Hewlett-Packard Enterprises, and undergraduate research in Purdue’s Polytechnic Institute. Outside of the classroom, Drake is the Event/Fundraising coordinator for Purdue’s User Experience Design Club. Additionally, he is involved with Purdue’s Minority Technology Association. Also, in his free time, you can find Drake discovering new music or brewing tea.

Michael

Michael Davidge is a Junior in User Experience Design. In the past, he has worked with Culver Academy to help produce digital content for their clubs such as flyers and logos. He is well versed in a variety of Adobe programs, but also has a background in entrepreneurial business and psychology which help further his UX designs. Patsy

Patricia Mata is a junior pursuing a degree in User Experience Design at Purdue University. She has completed an internship at SDI Innovations, which played a role as a Desktop Publisher. Patricia was in charge of creating documents using page layout skills. Her goal is to specialize in visual design for iOS after graduating from college. Justin

Justin Campbell is a sophomore at Purdue University studying User Experience Design and Computer Science. He is particularly interested in interaction design and color theory. In addition to aesthetics, Justin has a passion for development–especially in free and open source software. Don’t bother asking him about it because he’ll find a way to tell you about it. Kaela

Kaela Disney is currently a college student at Purdue University, double majoring in Computer Graphics Technology and web development. Kaela just completed her second internship with NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, where she improved her technical, leadership, and communication skills daily. Her interests vary between web development and user experience, and she hopes to one day have a successful career that incorporates both of her two focuses of study. Zexi

Zexi Zhou was born and raised China for 16 years. She came to United States in her senior year of highschool in Ravenna, Michigan. At Ravenna High School Zexi was a part of the softball team and basketball team. She also joined the Business Professional of American team, and earned the third place in regional speech presentation. At Purdue, Zexi is majoring in UX (User Experience) Design. She is now doing volunteering and social work in different countries during her summer breaks. She has been to Indonesia and Thailand for volunteering jobs. Meena Nanduri is studying User Experience Design at Purdue University. She was born and raised in Sunnyvale, California. Born to two Computer Scientists, Meena grew up inspired to work in the technological world. She is passionate about User Experience Design because it combines her interests in psychology, technology, design, and user research. In her free time, Meena enjoys reading and writing. She is passionate about lifelong learning– one of the values her schooling instilled in her at a young age. Stephani

Stefani Sandoval is a Junior at Purdue University majoring in UX design. Originally born a little suburb called North Attleboro in Bristol County Massachusetts, Stefani, and her family moved out Midwest to Fort Wayne, Indiana in 2004. Her goal is to specialize in Visual/Graphical Design for UX, and she is not particularly set on working for any one company and hopes to travel to new places to work in and experience. Elizabeth

Elizabeth Finley is a student in Purdue University’s undergraduate UX Design program. She aspires to create products that both meet user needs and appeal to users aesthetically. She has experience as a Web Intern for Travis County, TX and as a UX Design student intern for theScore. John Paul

John Paul Oses is currently a Junior at Purdue University pursuing a BS in UX Design and obtaining his Entrepreneurship Certificate. He currently works for ITaP as a lab assistant and is a member of Triangle Fraternity. His skills range from web development and programming to graphic design and communication.
