Keaton Hart, currently a senior at Purdue University, majoring in UX Design and likely specializing in interaction design, hopes to bring more alignment and organization to the world. The basis of UX orbits around interfaces and products being perfect for the user, which is something Keaton can achieve aptly. He sees products in a light that others don’t, errors and inconsistencies that his colleagues cannot, which is why he decided to study UX in the first place. He has a brain for this type of work. Kellen McClain is a student currently enrolled in Purdue University who’s attending their second year and fourth semester in the UX Design course. Nina Chow is a freshman at Purdue University, pursuing a major in User Experience Design with a certification in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Anandita Dixit is a graduate student pursuing a masters in Computer Graphics, specialising in UX Design and HCI. Evan Peterson is a Freshman at Purdue University pursuing a bachelor’s degree in UX Design and a certificate in Acting. He loves 3D printing and is a member of the 3D Printing club here at Purdue. He aspires to better existing technology and make it more accessible to a larger variety of people, such as the older generations or those less experienced with technology, as well as create original designs for new and emerging technology. He is experienced in design tools such as Photoshop, Gimp, and Canva as well as in 3D CAD programs such as Blender and Tinkercad. He has experience with HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. Marisa Matney is a freshman at Purdue University. She is majoring in UX Design and hopes to minor in Psychology. She is passionate about design and finds her inspiration through her love for digital art. Some of Marisa’s hobbies include dancing, journaling, and painting. After college, she is hoping to build a successful career, where she can utilize her interest in design and incorporate her creative thinking and planning into her work. Kavni Shah is a sophomore double-majoring in UX design and Marketing, with a minor in Art and Design and Design and Innovation. Kavni’s interest in UX design was inspired by her family, who work in similar fields, and she has always had a strong creative side. She values the role of accessibility and efficiency in design and is eager to pursue a career in Product and UX-UI design. As a UX design student, she has worked on several projects focused on aesthetic design and improving accessibility in existing products.
