1. New Business - March 25, 2016 Staff Meeting o Suggestions were taken for potential topics for the safety presentation at the staff meeting. Suggestions included: emergency preparedness, tornado safety, suicide awareness training and door safety. 2. Old Business - Stairwells o Phil Qualio has solicited quotes from our sign vendor for the “Keep Out” signs to be put under the stairwells. o Accommodation for students needing a quiet space was discussed. Ideas will be solicited in the ENGR 132 curator meeting. o A meeting will be held with the building deputy to discuss stairwell cleanliness. - WANG o An ABC fire extinguisher will be ordered for Dr. Hynes laboratory. The safety training requirements will be communicated to Dr. Hynes. Possible independent study option for David. o Jeff Huddleston will investigate the ventilation needs for the printers and lasers in Dr. Hynes lab. 2.
