Her talk "Exploring Workplace Culture & the Impact of Generations" provided insights from her research which looked at normative practices and values across five generations in the workforce, including the impact of technology in the workplace. The interactive presentation discussed a variety of opportunities for individuals to have an immediate and positive impact on the culture within their organizations to improve both their effectiveness and inclusivity. Mary’s outreach to business and industry leaders includes a recent talk to the Franciscan St. Elizabeth Health Nursing Leadership Retreat in August, and as an invited guest at the annual Industry Fellows Forum hosted by Rolls-Royce and Proctor and Gamble.
