Prof. Krishna Madhavan is co-principal investigator. Prof. Heidi Diefes-Dux leads curricular integration at the undergraduate level and also is incorporating modeling using nanoHUB. Prof. William Oakes is leading nanoHUB EPICS, focusing on K-12 education.

Chair of ENE's Industrial Advisory Council, Zadoks was presented the award on Homecoming in recognition of extraordinary loyalty to Purdue's College of Engineering.
His research project, "Becoming Boundary Spanners: Investigating, Enhancing, and Assessing the Experiences of Early Career Engineers," provides an integrative vision for engineering education and practice based on boundary spanning as a core meta-attribute for 21st-century engineers.
Purzer shares this recognition with colleague Prof. Jonathan Hilpert for their session "Cognitive Processes Critical for Ill-Defined Problem Solving: Linking Theory, Research, and Classroom Implications," presented at the 2011 FIE conference.
