Sam Elkin will be joining the CQEM Lab as an undergraduate research assistant, starting work in the Fall 2021 semester. Welcome!

Sam will be working on developing numerical modeling tools to analyze nonlinear electromagnetic interactions that can occur when superconducting Josephson junctions are integrated into microwave transmission lines. These modeling tools could be useful in developing rigorous analysis methodologies for devices like Josephson traveling-wave parametric amplifiers.
