i2Engineering presents interactive microelectronics curriculum
Our research group explores student conceptual understanding in engineering education. Our research team examines learning through an embodied cognitive contructivsm framework. Within this framework we view learning through self-regulated learning and embodied cognition lenses, and student decision making through an expectancy-value lens. From these perspectives, our research examines how learning environments, pedagogical practices, and learning technologies impact student learning, systems thinking, computational thinking, spatial reasoning, interest, motivation, and decision making.
