Time: 8:00am – 3:30pm
Cost (if you register before September 19): $200 per kart ($0 if you purchased LiFePO4 battery)
Cost (if you register September 19-29) $250 per kart ($50 if you purchased LiFePO4 battery)
Lunch: Free (provided on site)

Itinerary

7:00am - 8:00am Site set-up
8:00am – 10:00am On-site registration & Technical Inspection Open
9:00am - 10:00am Track Open – Practice (for karts that passed Tech. Insp.)
10:00am - 10:15am Welcome, Driver & Track Worker meeting (Mandatory)
10:30am - 10:50am Qualifying Sprint Race #1 (all karts in pit lane by 10:25am)
10:50am - 11:10am Qualifying Sprint Race #2 (all karts in pit lane by 10:45am)
11:10am - 11:30am Qualifying Sprint Race #3 (all karts in pit lane by 11:05am)
11:30am - 1:00pm Track Closed - Lunch & Charging break
1:15pm - 1:30pm Race Gridding and Photos (all karts in pit lane by 1:10pm)
1:30pm - 2:15pm 2024 Fall Classic Race
2:15pm - 3:00pm Post-race inspection, Scoring finalized
3:00pm - 3:15pm Awards Ceremony
3:30pm Event Concludes / Site Closed

Requirements:

Liability release for all participants: Each participant must have a signed form. Minors must have a parent/custodian’s signature. We ask the teacher to come with completed forms and all participants to check-in on race day. Each participant will receive a pit pass (wrist band).
Technical Inspection Form for each kart: The Crew Chief is to bring the completed form with the kart to Technical Inspection. Technical Inspection will not begin until all above forms are submitted and accepted.
Driver Safety Presentation: All drivers must watch this presentation before driving in their first evGP event of the season (school year).
Driver’s Test: All drivers must pass this test before driving in their first evGP event of the season. The test only needs to be passed one time per season (school year).
