On December 14, DCSL members got together to relax and unwind and discuss the semester gone by and plans for the year ahead. There was plenty of food (of Thai and Indian varieties) and drinks (only the healthy fruit juice kind) and holiday cookies. The members got to test out their skill in Pictionary over a hilarious, rambunctious game.
We heard of members’ highlights of the semester and their successful efforts at landing internships at top companies and on impactful technical projects (Google, Samsung, NVIDIA, and also startups).
As is customary, Saurabh announced the award winners for the semester. The awards are given based on research productivity, initiative in applying for awards, starting new initiatives in DCSL, and mentoring other members.
