The new academic year is coming, as well as our ABE Welcome Back Picnic which will be held on Aug 30, 2018 at 5 PM at ADM ! All members of the ABE community are welcome to attend. A vegetarian option will be provided. Transportation to ADM will be provided.
Now, we are looking for ABE graduate student volunteers to help with setting up the event. Here are some the tasks we need assistance with:
- Morning Set Up at 9am-10am [2-3 Volunteers]
- Warming up meat and Veggies from 12:30 to 4pm [4-5 Volunteers]
- Setting up the food (Soft drinks preparation, make sure food is ready) 3:00- 4:30 pm [2-5 Volunteers]
- Evening Clean Up at 7:00 pm [2-3 Volunteers]
