Reservation Procedures

  • Use the booking link to reserve a time. You do not need to email PURT staff members directly. If you have questions regarding your reservation, use the  email contact below.
  • If you cannot make your reserved time, please let us know as soon as possible via the email address below. There is no way to cancel your booking by yourself.
  • We have a no-show policy that if you have not arrived within 30 min of your scheduled time, your reservations will be cancelled for the day.
  • Never walk outside of any buildings at the airport without someone who has signed a from with the airport.
  • If you want to use any equipment  in PURT, let us know so that we can accomodate accordingly in the text field of your reservation.
