Doctoral students in ENE 69500 Educational Methods in Engineering work in pairs to design a unit of instruction on a teaching best-practice. This unit includes selected readings, a 10-12 minute online module, a 75-minutes active learning lesson, and an associated homework. The objectives are to create a cohesive learning-objective driven unit as well as get practical classroom and team-teaching experience.
