Tom Munsell will be joining the CQEM Lab as an undergraduate research assistant. Welcome!

Tom will be working on developing semiclassical numerical modeling tools to analyze qubits made from superconducting Josephson junctions coupled to microwave transmission lines. These modeling tools could be used to analyze quantum phenomena such as state preparation and certain single-qubit gates in circuit quantum electrodynamics architectures.
