Erika Pearson is Business Director / Deputy Vice President of Asia Pacific and India Sales for Boeing Commercial Airplanes. She is responsible for managing Boeing's internal sales operation for the region. Pearson previously was Business Director / Deputy Vice President of Leasing and Asset Management. She joined sales four years ago.
Prior to joining the sales organization, Pearson was a Regional Director in Boeing Commercial Airplanes' Marketing organization. In that role she supported customers in the Americas including AirTran Airways and Northwest Airlines. Within the Marketing organization, Pearson also worked as an economic analyst, supporting sales campaign activity throughout Asia, Europe and the Americas.
Pearson joined Boeing in 1993 as an aerodynamics engineer in the Product Development organization. Early in her career, she also worked as a performance engineer providing sales support to customers in Africa, Australia and the Pacific Islands for all Boeing aircraft models.
Pearson is a 1993 graduate of Purdue University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering. In 2008, she was awarded an M.B.A. from the University of Washington Executive Program.
