Pranay Nagrani won the Avram Bar Cohen Best Paper Award in the Mechanics and Reliability track for his paper on "Accelerated Testing of Thermal Grease Degradation: Combined Thermal Gradients and Forced Mechanical Cycling".

Meghavin Bhatasana won the Best Paper Runner Up Award in the System Level Thermal Management track for his paper on "Design and Characterization of a Thermal Test Vehicle with Embedded Phase Change Material".
