Graduate students from our department, Neha Shakelly and Albin John, participated in the recent 2024 Critical Materials Institute (CMI) Hub meeting held at the Colorado School of Mines. They presented a detailed poster titled "Life Cycle Assessment, Techno-economic Analysis, and Design of Experiments for CMI Technologies." Additionally, Neha Shakelly delivered an oral presentation on "Techno-economic assessment of a novel process for Dy-free nanograin Nd-Fe-B magnets," highlighting innovative approaches in critical material technologies.
