Atanu Kumar Saha completed his PhD from the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Purdue University, USA in 2021. He is currently working at Intel. He earned his BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET) in 2013. Prior to joining Dr. Gupta???s research group, he worked as a lecturer in BRAC University, Bangladesh from 2013-2016. His research focus is on ferroelectricity, 2D semiconductor and device modeling.
