The event is also in partnership with IEEE Purdue Chapter and Purdue Semiconductor Student Alliance (SSA). Anthony is a Distinguished Adjunct Professor in the College of Engineering, Distinguished Lecturer of the IEEE Electron Devices Society and Vice President and Head of the Technology Development Center at ASML. At ASML, he’s leading a global organization to work on identifying mid- and long-term technological directions in semiconductors and on accompanying patterning solutions in close collaboration with other organizations within ASML, imec, and universities.

Purdue University awarded $1.99 million NSF grant to strengthen microelectronics integration within K-12 schools

A research team led by ENE's Greg Strimel along with Tamara Moore, Morgan Hynes, and S. Selcen Guzey are continuing SCALE K-12 efforts to bring advanced knowledge of microelectronics into classrooms and inspire the next generation of STEM professionals. Over the next five years, the team will recruit and prepare 15 practicing teachers as Microelectronics Master Teacher Fellows to serve high-need districts.

Purdue delegation advances international partnership during Japan trip

A Purdue delegation deepened collaborations in semiconductor research and technology innovation during corporate and government meetings in Japan. President Mung Chiang was joined by Chad Pittman, president and CEO of Purdue Research Foundation, for the trip to Tokyo on April 23-24. The agenda included meetings with leaders from Hitachi High-Tech; the U.S. Affairs Team with Keidanren, the Japan Business Federation; and the Japanese government’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI).
