Ted Huang Presents at Microscopy and Microanalysis 2022

Ted Huang today presented an original talk titled "Microstructural Characterization of Lunar Dust from the Apollo 11 Mission by Correlative Microscopy " at the annaul Microscopy and Microanalysis 2022 conference. Ted joined a symposium focused on the characterization of mission-returned planetary samples. This modern field seeks out methods that are appropriate for the rare and novel structures found in interplanetary minerals. Ted's work in correlative tomography and spectroscopy has forwarded understanding of our moon's composition, using samples collected in 1969 during Neil Armstrong, Michael Collins, and Buzz Aldrin's famous first voyage to the lunar surface.
