Speakers
Brian Dunlap, Vice President 300mm Fab Operations for Texas Instruments
Prior to this role, Brian was the manager for TI's Richardson 300-mm wafer fabs known as RFAB1 and RFAB2. He led the fab for six years and was previously the RFAB manufacturing manager. Brian joined TI in 2002 and also held key roles at TI's 300-mm DMOS6 fab and TI's former 200-mm KFAB.
Brian earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and history from Miami University in Oxford, OH. He served in the United States Marine Corps as an Infantry Officer in the 2nd LAR Battalion. Brian is married with two daughters and enjoys spending time outside with his family.
Erin Clark, Senior Manager of Talent Silfex (A Division of Lam Research Corporation)
Erin Clark is an experienced Human Resources professional with proven track records of excellence in talent acquisition and training. Her career has spanned multiple industries, from science and technology to public education, lending her a unique perspective and strong experience in technical recruiting, staffing services, sales, executive search, and college recruiting.
As Head of Talent for Silfex Inc., a silicon component manufacturer located in the greater Dayton area, Erin has a wealth of knowledge finding, hiring, and developing top talent within manufacturing and engineering environments. She frequently shares her insights with area high school and college students, coaching them on personal branding and how best to use job search tools and social media to their advantage.
Erin graduated from Wright State University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management. She lives in Dayton, Ohio.
