Ecosystem & Habitat Restoration Engineering

Engage in environmental and ecological design to preserve and enhance our earth's natural wonders and resources with a Purdue EEE Degree.

“My role provides me the opportunity to improve and guide stream restoration throughout the State of Michigan. Helping to preserve and restore our natural features using my engineering background has been a rewarding experience.”

JOHN SALTANOVITZ P.E. BSEEE '16
Stream Restoration Coordinator at Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE)

WHAT EEE SELECTIVES SHOULD I CONSIDER?

The following suggestions were created by a subcommittee of faculty and staff. These are not requirements! Instead, they are a collection of informed choices with the goal to inspire students to explore their own plan that supports their longterm career goals. All students are encouraged to intentionally craft their entire Purdue experience. Tailoring may include Selective, Technical or General Elective choices, additional academic endorsements, engagement in relevant UG research, organizations, activities, study abroad, etc. These lists are purposely succinct and not comprehensive.

Select the Plan of Study according to your assigned catalog term. A student’s catalog term is typically the semester you started at Purdue, and determines the criteria that applies to you.
