    Screen Printing System

    screen printer

The screen printer is used to deposit conductive (silver or gold) ink onto LTCC tape. The overall flow is very similar to silk screening used in t-shirt printing. The silver ink is spread on top of a screen then squeezed through the pattern in the screen onto the tape layer below. The tape layers are then laminated together then co fired. These machines are used in much of our advanced packaging work.
